Recent research in Europe proves the effectiveness of herbs and plants to treat a host of ailments. In fact, many medicines have their origin or its therapeutic base supported on these plants and herbs, and some of these herbs and plants are known for their effects: ginseng, aloe vera, fennel, garlic and most recently, Hoodia Gordonii.
